The cleanliness and modern design of the room, complete with great amenities like a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, exceeded my expectations. the staff, particularly Chris, was fantastic and accommodating. Although the room was small, it was clean and well-maintained, perfect for a quick getaway to clear the mind. the option of a convertible bed on the mini couch was a nice touch. the breakfast delivery service was a bit delayed, but once noted, the meal was excellent. the tiled room was spacious and immaculate. the thoughtful touches such as premium bedding and a laptop-friendly workspace made the room comfortable and convenient. the folding wheelchair-access desk in the ADA room was a thoughtful addition for guests with mobility needs.
